Return Policy

Damages:

  • Kindly report any damages, defects, or errors to received shipments promptly, by priority emailing us at sales@discountdimmers.com.

Returns:

  • All returns must first be approved by a DiscountDimmers.com representative.
  • All non-approved returns are subject to refusal.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of order.
  • THIS RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT IN FULL AND INCLUDED IN RETURN BOX WITH ITEMS DOWNLOAD FORM

Non-Defective Returns:

  • A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non-defective.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials and must be in sellable condition.
  • Items that have been installed are not returnable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Credit (minus the aforementioned deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of the returned items by a DiscountDimmers.com representative.

Handling Charges – Direct Ship Orders from Lutron :

Direct ship orders from the following states will have a handling charge equal to sales tax rate in following states:

         California , Connecticut, District of Columbia , Florida., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi
