Return Policy
Damages:
- Kindly report any damages, defects, or errors to received shipments promptly, by priority emailing us at sales@discountdimmers.com.
Returns:
- All returns must first be approved by a DiscountDimmers.com representative.
- All non-approved returns are subject to refusal.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of order.
- THIS RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT IN FULL AND INCLUDED IN RETURN BOX WITH ITEMS DOWNLOAD FORM
Non-Defective Returns:
- A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non-defective.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials and must be in sellable condition.
- Items that have been installed are not returnable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Credit (minus the aforementioned deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of the returned items by a DiscountDimmers.com representative.

Direct ship orders from the following states will have a handling charge equal to sales tax rate in following states:
California , Connecticut, District of Columbia , Florida., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi
